MIT. Adapted PDF merge/extract/image-to-PDF and JSON/CSV conversion concepts and code from src/pages/tools/. Uses pdf-lib 1.17.1 (MIT). Added input limits and strict page ranges. Only the listed local tools are included; no background removal, OCR or FFmpeg packages.
